When developing the Kayak Alberta site, our main goal was not just to help out fellow Alberta paddlers with just kayaking river guides and information, but a plan to better ones lifestyle in health and fitness as well.



Here at Kayak Alberta we offer you free workout and fitness programs that have been tailored to our sport as well as ones that will help you lose those extra pounds or accomplish washboard abs that we all seem to lose at an early age.

The key to success with any workout program is the mind set that you approach it with. Don’t expect to see results over night – let’s be honest with ourselves, it will take a month or 2 before results are noticed. But if one can stick to a fitness and diet program, in 2 years or less, you could see a major transformation in not only your body, but your confidence. That will be the ultimate experience!

Remember 80% percent of what you look like is what you eat.
