Every kayaker knows one of the hardest things about kayaking is river information. It takes alot of skill and balls to kayak but that means nothing if your dropping into a river blind. River logs are very important to kayakers.

When the members of Kayak Alberta started kayaking we had a hard time finding information on rivers that were our caliber. Alberta has alot to offer for kayaking but its hard to know which rivers best suits each kayaker. Thats why we deciced  to create kayakalberta.com.

What we hope to bring to our readers from kayakalberta.com is information on rivers that will help and hopfully progress their kayaking expenditions.

We traveled to run sheep falls a few times this summer. To view the kayak video of sheep falls click HERE.

Now at Kayak Alberta you can post your experiences on our river logs. You can Also email us (kayakalberta@gmail.com) other Rivers that you have run. Just follow the format and we will post it and also include your name. Include pictures and detailed river log information.

Whitewater kayaking tours will be coming soon. We hope to add a whitewater kayaking tour to our main header page. The whitewater kayaking tours will feature ads from international as well as domestic kayaking tours that can be enjoyed by all skill levels.
